With rounded edges and an integrated gusset at the link ears, these sway bar arms are designed with strength and weight in mind. A 1-3/4" wide base assures the splines have maximum contact area, while the body is lightened on both sides. The pocket for the axle link utilizes a 1/2" diameter bolt hole, and a inside width of 1.25" for a common heim joint/spacer combination. Sway bar arms come with a natural grey hard anodize coating.
1-1/2" 35 Spline broach has a 30 degree pressure angle.
1-1/4" 48 Spline broach has a 45 degree pressure angle.
